Arthur Kemp used to be with our church and gave us permission to use that PDF for "March of the Titans" near two decades ago. However, if that's the way Mr Kemp wants it, sure, we'll delete the PDF and make sure never to share it with anyone again.
Do please pass this information on to Mr Kemp.

Update: Our Webhost is happy that I deleted Kemp's book. They say they understand, and that as long as there was no intent to rip anybody off, it's none of their business. That's the end of it.
As far as we are concerned, that's the end of Kemp for us.

It's a safe bet that no Creator will ever recommend Kemp again. And if any Creator or Supporter does happen to meet up with him - as we sometimes do - be sure to give Kemp a good, swift and hard kick up the arse.
Using lawyers to have removed a PDF that he gave us himself. That's the reason we never bothered to update our shared copy - because we considered that we were advertising for him. Kemp could have just bloody asked himself and avoided the needless insult.
A good kick up the arse is exactly what Kemp needs.
As for this Ostara Publications ... Frigging profiteers! March of the Titans was on our servers, but the link is/was buried somewhere on this forum. It's not as if we were advertising it. A company that purports to sell books that our people may be interested in, you'd think would want some free advertising.

Would you trust your money with profiteers like that? Who knows what they are really up to and whom or what they really work for. All we know is, if I had resisted deleting a decades old pre-print edition of Kemp's shoddy, error-ridden book, they may have used it as an excuse to have us shut down because of breach of trademark.
Now, where have I heard that one before?
