Reverend Billy Jackley - Co-Founder along with I for the CA - was once the Webmaster for the WCOTC. He, along with a French Canadian Reverend from Montreal that moved to Florida and was deported back to Canada (that I don't care to name) built the first WCOTC website in 97. I came along a couple of years later, took over the job, and here we are today.
