I'm sure this directive was given by the nigger queer Chicago Mayor. I don't see how this isn't a blatant disregard of Federal Law. Lock that nigger up and impeach her from office.

I'll tell you what pisses me of the most about this situation. If D.H.S. (Department of Homeland Security) came to Chicago regarding the new "White supremacist" domestic terrorism, NO matter what the validity of the charges the nigger queer Mayor would give D.H.S. full excess to any resources of the city including the C.P.D.

Chicago police instructs officers to not cooperate with DHS, memo shows: ‘Sickening what’s happening'

By Matt Finn | Fox News

Fox News obtains internal Chicago Police Department memo telling officers to not aid DHS in certain situations

Chicago police formally received instructions not to cooperate with the Department of Homeland Security; Matt Finn reports.

The Chicago Police Department advised officers not to cooperate with the Department of Homeland Security, particularly in situations involving immigration arrests, according to an internal department memo obtained by Fox News.

Instead of assisting DHS upon request, officers are instructed to wait for their supervisor to arrive, the memo said. Once the supervisor arrives, “if the request is to assist with an immigration arrest or detention, CPD personnel will leave the scene as directed by the CPD supervisor,” according to the memo.

CPD confirmed the memo came from an internal superior but would not say if the directive came from the mayor. The mayor’s office has not responded to requests for comment from Fox News.

CPD confirmed the memo came from an internal superior but would not say if the directive came from the mayor.

Chicago police sources told Fox News that officers have historically assisted federal agents and this new policy puts CPD and DHS agents in potentially dangerous situations.

“See what happens when that happens and a DHS agent is injured because of a lack of response by CPD. Sickening what’s happening here,” a ranking CPD source told Fox News.

“You’ll not find a single real police officer that would refuse to assist another agency,” another law enforcement source told Fox News.

For years, Chicago has been a sanctuary cityunder former Mayor Rahm Emanuel and current Mayor Lori Lightfoot. But, this new directive went a step further by instructing, in writing, that the city’s police force no longer immediately assist DHS.

“The Department of Homeland Security is deeply concerned with the dangerous anti-law enforcement direction given by the leadership of the Chicago Police Department. The men and women of ICE put their lives on the line every day to protect the citizens of this country from dangerous criminals,” a DHS spokesperson told Fox News. “Failing to support fellow law enforcement officers upon request for assistance not only places our heroic police officers in greater danger but keeps criminals on the streets and makes all of our communities less safe, specifically the great City of Chicago.”

Police sources told Fox News in certain scenarios DHS might make requests for CPD protection, manpower or to assist in large raids.

At an immigration rally last week, Lightfoot said Immigration and Customs Enforcement has de-legitimized itself by being the “political arm” of the Trump campaign.

“We will never, ever succumb to the racist, xenophobic rhetoric of ICE,” Lightfoot said. “We will continue to ban ICE from having access to any CPD databases. We’ll not allow any CPD officer to cooperate with anything related to ICE and its immigration raids.”

Fox News’ Judge Andrew Napolitano said the city of Chicago is within its constitutional rights not to immediately assist DHS.

“The Supreme Court has ruled that a state or local government is free to refrain from enforcing federal law,” Napolitano wrote.

The Chicago Police Department told Fox News its officers will aid a federal agent in danger but if they are asked to assist with an actual arrest, they will “advise and leave the scene.”

Police sources told Fox News the new policy “de-legitimizes” Chicago police because it sends the message that officers will not respond to or pursue suspects in some immigration situations.

Chicagoland niggers running wild.

Shoplifting Group Steals Purses, Robs Shopper At Northbrook CourtPolice said shoplifters struck the Louis Vuitton store before a group of nearly a dozen young people fled — robbing a woman on the way out.By Jonah Meadows, Patch StaffOct 17, 2019 5:34 pm ET | Updated Oct 17, 2019 5:36 pm ET

NORTHBROOK, IL — Police said a group of about a dozen young people stole a pair of expensive handbags and robbed a shopper at Northbrook Court Wednesday.

Up to 10 people entered the mall together around 8 p.m. before about half of them headed to the Louis Vuitton store, according to Northbrook police.

Several young men waited by the door while a young woman grabbed two purses from the shelf, which together were valued at about $4,000, Deputy Chief Dan Strickland said.

The group then took off running. As they fled, one member of the group snatched the purse of a woman who was entering the doors to the mall. No members of the group brandished any weapons and the woman was uninjured from the robbery, according to police.

Northbrook police Thursday released images captured from mall surveillance cameras. One image (above) showed the group of shoplifters as they entered the mall, another showed a woman or girl stealing a purse and another showed five members of the group as they fled the store, according to police.

Police believe multiple accomplices remained waiting outside in the parking lot during the incident, Strickland said. After running out the doors, members of the group got into two cars — one was described as electric blue in color, the other looked to be black or blue. Witnesses reported seeing both cars fleeing onto Lake Cook Road.

"We're not finding that it's a seasonal thing," Strickland said, of groups of shoplifters targeting shopping center. "We've seen more of it in the last few years. The last three or four years it seems to have gained popularity, but we're seeing that all over the Chicagoland area."

In Chicago, retail theft is up 34 percentsince the start of 2015. Representatives of the Illinois Retail Merchants Association, which estimates shoplifting costs retailers in the state about $2 billion a year, have blamed the decision by Cook County State's Attorney's Office to unilaterally raise the threshold for filing felony retail theft charges $300 to $1,000. However, the number of shoplifting incidents was already on the rise for two years prior to the policy change from prosecutors.

Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx has said that retail theft was the most common felony charge other than drug offenses before she directed prosecutors to focus more on gun crimes following her election in 2016. She recently told Crain's Chicago Business "in many cases" retailers do not wish to pursue criminal charges if their merchandise is returned.

Other than Illinois, Florida and New Jersey are the only states where stealing $300 worth of merchandise from a store can be prosecuted as a felony. A bill introduced in the House in 2017 to raise the felony threshold never received a floor vote.

Anyone with any information about the Oct. 16 incident at Northbrook Court was asked to call the Northbrook Police Department at 847-564-2060 and ask for the investigations division.

This idea of if things don't have equal outcomes, its "racist", is getting old. Niggers and muds will never be equal to Whites without help from an outside influence. Especially when it comes to work and creating things (from businesses to almost anything else that has been invented on this planet).

When it comes to this article and the complaint of the lack of niggers in the up and coming recreational marijuana business, why would the lazy niggers go to the trouble of jumping through the hoops of a legitimate job with taxes and the concern of employees. They already tip the scales of equality for the illegal drug trade.

Chicago’s Black Leaders Voice Equity Concerns Over New Illinois Marijuana Law

The City Council passed zoning regulations for recreational marijuana sales, but the Black Caucus is concerned about minority-owned business inclusion.

Chicago passed city zoning regulations for Illinois’ new recreational marijuana law, but some of the city’s Black leaders are concerned about the lack of minority-owned business participation.

City Council approved, on a vote of 40 to 10, Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s proposed zoning rules Wednesday for where marijuana dispensaries can operate. The council’s Black Caucus previously tried to hold up the vote over concerns that Black residents aren’t represented among the owners of nearly a dozen existing medical marijuana dispensaries who would get a head start in the city when recreational sales begin Jan. 1.

East St. Louis is another one of those nigger ran/occupied sh!tholes of the "great" State of Illinois. Even though it's a fraction of the size of Chicago, every year it always gives Chicago a run for the murder capital of our state.

East St. Louis house where trooper was shot was stocked with drugs and guns

BY CAROLYN P SMITH

Al Stewart Jr. was in bed asleep during the early morning of Aug. 23 when an Illinois State Police SWAT team arrived at the door of the house on North 42nd Street in East St. Louis to execute a search warrant.

Within the hour, Trooper Nicholas Hopkins was at a St. Louis Hospital, having been struck in the head by gunfire as he stood on the front porch, waiting to enter the two-unit home. He died later that same day.

The 20-year-old Stewart, shackled and wearing an orange St. Clair County jail jumpsuit, appeared before a U.S. magistrate Monday to face federal charges of using a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm. He’ll face a bond hearing Wednesday.

The complaint against Stewart, meanwhile, outlines details the circumstances that led to the warrant being issued and the standoff that occurred between police and occupants of the house that morning.

The complaint states that a confidential source told police that Christopher R. Grant, since charged with first-degree murder in Hopkins’ death, was using the East St. Louis residence to produce and sell crack cocaine and cannabis, in addition to keeping a stash of firearms.

After a day-long standoff with multiple police agencies, as well as SWAT and tactical units, investigators recovered 12 marijuana plants and supplies for maintaining them, 35 joints, unrolled marijuana and cash, according to the complaint.

They also seized a large cache of weapons that included Stewart’s .40 caliber Glock pistol that police have since connected forensically to a double homicide on Oct. 3, 2018, in East St. Louis and two other non-fatal shootings, according to the complaint against Stewart.

The inventory of guns seized from the home is extensive. It includes:

A Glock 9mm pistol loaded with a round in the chamber and an extended magazine.

A Mag Tactical Systems multi-caliber rifle, loaded with a large capacity magazine with a round in the chamber.

A Bushmaster AR-15 style carbine pistol loaded with one round in the chamber and a loaded magazine on the floor nearby. The gun was stolen from a licensed dealer, according to the complaint.

A Roman Cougar AK-style model, Draco pistol loaded with one round in the chamber.

A Smith and Wesson .38 Special revolver, unloaded.

A Beretta model APX pistol, recovered from a duffle bag found in the rafters of the attic.

A Glock .45 auto caliber pistol, with matching loaded magazine, not attached.

A Taurus 9mm pistol that had been reported stolen from a residence.

One loaded 9mm magazine, three unloaded 9 mm magazines and two unloaded .40 caliber magazines.

The police source agreed to work with state police for three different days in July and August, and each time purchased crack cocaine from Grant, the complaint states.

“During the last controlled purchase, the (confidential source) saw an AK-47 assault rifle and an AR-15 assault rifle and a semi-automatic handgun in plain view while inside the residence,” the complaint states.

A St. Clair County judge issued a search warrant, which was served at about 5:30 a.m. Aug. 23.

According to the complaint, Stewart said he was in bed sleeping with a 16-year-old girl when he was roused by “very loud noises outside the residence.” When he heard gunshots, he said he grabbed a Glock .40-caliber hidden in a kitchen vent, but put it back as soon as police identified themselves.

By that time, police allege, Grant had fired a gun from inside the house, striking Hopkins in the head as he stood on the front porch. Officers returned fire as they retreated from the porch, taking Hopkins with them.

Hopkins, a native resident of Waterloo, was taken to St. Louis University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:10 p.m. He was a 10-year veteran of the Illinois State Police, with a wife and three children.

Agents with the state police SWAT team ordered the building occupants to exit with their hands up. About 30 minutes later, Grant, Stewart and the 16-year-old girl left the building and were taken into police custody.

Stewart told investigators he regularly used marijuana, smoking three to four blunts a day. According to the complaint, he admitted spending about $35 a day to buy marijuana. During an interview with police, he said the Glock was in the kitchen vent when he moved into the unit, but admitted the .38-caliber handgun was given to him by family after he had been shot by members of the Kutt Boys gang at the John DeShields Public Housing Unit in East St. Louis, the complaint states.

If convicted, Stewart could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted, a $250,000 fine and three years supervised release.

Grant is being held at the St. Clair County Jail on $5 million bond.

Man gets probation for confronting woman over Puerto Rican flag T-shirt

By Louis Casiano | Fox News

A Chicago-area man convicted of confronting a woman over her Puerto Rican flag T-shirt was sentenced to probation Monday.

Timothy Trybus, 63, was convicted last monthon a hate-crime charge over his actions at a Cook County park. He told a judge Monday he was “extremely embarrassed" over the incident.

He was placed on probation for two years and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service.

The Des Plaines resident was brought to trial after being caught on video berating Mia Irizarry on June 14, 2018, at Caldwell Woods. Irizarry was wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with the Puerto Rican flag.

Trybus, who had been drinking alcohol at the time, questioned Irizarry's citizenship and said: "You should not be wearing that in the United States of America." Puerto Rico is a U.S. commonwealth and Puerto Ricans are U.S. citizens at birth.

Irizarry testified that she feared for her safety during the incident. Trybus' lawyers said his client's behavior “wasn’t hateful as much as it was stupid.”
