Urine a lot of trouble! California man Mestizo, 33, caught on camera LICKING strangers' doorbell and relieving himself in their front yard in the middle of the night
* Police have identified the man as Roberto Arroyo, 33, and say that he spent three hours around the Salinas home of Sylvia and Dave Dungan
* Dungans had been out of town, during the strange incident, but their children were sleep inside the family's home
* Surveillance footage from the house showed the man licking the doorbell
* Police say the man appears to have also relived himself in the family's front yard
* Suspect could be charged with two misdemeanors for petty theft and prowling
