I saw in a south African group that apparently china has opened up 13 police stations in South Africa.

Rumor is they don't even speak the local language there. Just letting you folks know so you can see how the foreign controls happen when it gets pretty minimum.  "They" come in.. buy a bunch of raw resources and some business contracts.  then they notice how your police force sucks and they bring their own police force in to do a better job.. 

It's like this.Australia was ok during the GFC. This is due to China buying our resources and energy for their Beijing olympics.

The mining backed off because the Chinks are now all over Africa taking a dig on their turf in exchange for giving them infrastructure and schools and railroads etc. They say they won't colonise Africa. They are trying to buy the Africans as later they'll have a huge population.

The west is backing India to counter balance China as soon they'll Have more people.

The US has military bases in Northern Australia to blockade China's boats from coming between Africa and Asia if they want to.

China has a game plan to try push the US out of Asia to be a dominant force. They are trying to buy off Pacific island neighbours to install military bases. Also white anting NZ and Australia slowly buying  them up from baby boomer traitors!Who like their money for retirement.

Zambia's police force has scrapped plans to employ eight Chinese nationals barely 24 hours after it unveiled the scheme, following a public outcry.

The new reservists were commissioned in the capital, Lusaka, on Monday.

But the decision prompted widespread anger, especially in light of a ruling taken earlier this year that bans police officers from marrying foreigners for "security reasons".

Not even Zambians with dual-nationality are allowed to join the police.

Dickson Jere, a lawyer and former presidential spokesman, said the constitution was clear on the matter.

He told the BBC's Focus on Africa radio programme that the entire incident was an "insult" - to others in the police, but also other Zambians.

"When we see a uniform of the police, it signifies our identity. It signifies our sovereignty," Mr Jere said. "How would we be feeling to see a police officer and be saluting a Chinese [national] in our own country?"

The appointment of the Chinese reservists had left many other people scratching their heads particularly as the government had previously removed other nationals from the security services, journalist Kennedy Gondwe reports from Lusaka.

That move had been prompted because there was a feeling that foreigners were infiltrating, he says

Suspicions over the recent recruitment were bolstered by distrust towards the Chinese community in Zambia, which was estimated to number about 20,000 in 2015, according to the privately owned Lusaka Times.


But the part-time officers are not thought to be have been going to perform any special role liaising with Zambia's Chinese community.

Police spokeswoman Esther Mwata-Katongo had said they would just assist regular officers.

"We had Indians who were police reserves and people were OK with it. Why should the Chinese be discriminated on race?" the Lusaka Times quoted her as saying.


But the police have since backed down from their position - with the caveat the officers' appointment broke no laws.

Pretoria - South African and Chinese police have strengthened the ties between them and vowed to help each other fight crime.

Deputy Police Minister Fikile Mbalula met with the People's Republic of China's Vice Minister of Public Safety Chen Zhimin on Friday where the two signed minutes of talks relating to police operations between the two countries after their discussions.

The talks focused on intensifying transnational crime combating operations but also explored lessons China and South Africa could learn from each other's security models.

Chen and Mbalula also discussed ways the countries could exchange intelligence information on a range of issues, including drug trafficking, illegal immigration, money laundering, arms smuggling and human trafficking.

Mbalula said a strategic relationship with China would promote cooperation and provide clear direction.

"We believe through today's minutes of talks, we will be able to work closely within the framework of enhanced policing. This will result in providing assistance in case investigation and handing over of criminal suspects subject to their laws relating to mutual legal assistance in criminal matters and extradition," he said.

The exchange of experts and high level officials between the two countries were also discussed.

Chen said both countries had also affirmed their intentions to build on and strengthen cooperation in combating terrorist activities and transnational crimes.

"Both countries shall take within their own territory such measures as may be practical and feasible to ensure that institutions and persons from each country enjoy safety and security to the same extent as the inhabitants of their respective countries," the vice minister said.

Seems this BRICS union is gaining momentum, Chink police and Indian police?! On South African soil.
