So there you have it. Matt Hale has been sentenced for 40 years in federal prison... not for actually doing anything wrong, nor for conspiring to do something illegal, but instead for failing to denounce the illegal suggestions of a mole in strong enough terms to satisfy the government. In reality, the only reason he will be sitting in a stone dungeon for the next four decades is he is politically incorrect, and we'll examine the causes of the fiasco and the greater implications below.

In the first instance, there was never any indirect or direct solicitation for murder on the part of Matt Hale. At no point in time did Matt Hale say something along the lines of “Hey, I want you to murder/kill/rub out such-and-such an individual,” or “I'd appreciate it very much if you'd go off and kill this person for me.” The only solicitation that occurred was on the part of the mole who repeatedly accosted Matt over a period of over 2 years. This firmly sets the case outside the realm of solicitation, which by all rights should make it an entirely different ballgame.

Moreover, the actual “criminal” content of the case is very much in question. There is good evidence that the feds falsified the actual transcripts of the conversation to fit the prosecution's case¹. By comparison, consider the case of Joseph Casalicchio². He actually paid two Hell's Angels bikers $35,000 to kill a judge, who in turn shot up the house where the judge lived (nobody was hurt). Joe was arrested, tried, convicted and sentenced to a mere 5 years in prison. Even the notorious shoe-bomber Richard Reid received a mere 13 years in prison for trying to kill everyone aboard a passenger airliner.³ Not exactly comparable justice when we contrast the cases.

Yet, just as the Bismarck continued to fire off round after round at the enemy after it's rudder was damaged, Matt Hale, a man unbowed after so many setbacks, stood defiantly before a judge and spoke his mind for two hours against the injustice,⁴ much to the displeasure of the judge who appeared to be nodding off and was frequently inattentive. Even here, at the end of all things, Matt Hale stood tall against of the gross injustice leveled against him.

The plain fact of the matter is that ZOG hates patriots. ZOG wouldn't know a genuine patriot if he shot them in the face the way Lon Horiuchi shot Vicki Weaver in the face. Those quick to drag Matt through the mud shouldn't be quite so hasty; his “freedom” is your “freedom” and the precedent set by railroading Matt will in turn be used to railroad you when your day comes to stand before the judge. How will you answer the judge when the fabricated evidence in used to convict you?

Sneer now, because your fate is coming soon to a court case near you. If you don't see evidence or feel the effects of this reality right now, wait a little while and you will.

History is full of surprising and amazing unintended consequences, sometimes applying to individuals but largely felt by those unfortunate enough to live under rotten governments and civil institutions. We reap other similar unintended rewards from the foolish and short-sighted approach of instant gratification by governmental fiat. Consider:

• The superstition-fueled destruction of dogs and cats exacerbated the Black Death in medieval Europe by allowing the true disease-carrying rats to reproduce and spread unchecked.


• The prohibition of alcohol directly led to the rise of the mafia in America and gave them the foothold they needed to get off the ground. Although most old-style mafia families are now gone, newer cartels and organizations readily step in to grab their share of the graft whenever a power vacuum is sensed.


• The prohibition of hard drugs had led to the rise of violent street gangs and the filling of America's prisons⁵ with non-violent drug offenders, not to mention the criminalization of drug users for victimless crimes.


• Affirmative action legislation was originally intended only to “correct past injustices” and not to effect “special treatment” and special privileges for minorities; today, affirmative action does just that, and the result is the hiring and promotion of underqualified and ethnocentric minorities over more qualified Whites, with unreckoned consequences for our economy in a global market. Thus we have gone full circle, from [allegedly] discriminating against non-White people on the basis of skin color alone to... discriminating against Whites on the basis of skin color alone.6 At no time was “prejudice” or “discrimination” eliminated, just substituted.


• The shift in banking and business regulations in the wake of Enron-type scandals paved the road for federal laws – particularly the Sarbanes-Oxley (“SarbOx”) Act – requiring the retention of financial and transaction records coupled with regular status reports filed with the federal government from both businesses and banks. This shift has resulted in such a deluge of forms and paperwork dropped in the laps of federal regulators they can't begin to make heads or tails of it, let alone find something actionable if they even could sort it all out, to say nothing of the costs of compliance with such laws that must be passed on to the customers.


• The current and endless war in Iraq – waged for israel and rushed through by and handful of arch-Zionist jews on the flimsiest of phony pretexts (no WMD's, no current or former WMD program, no solid connection to Al Quaeda, no tangible connection to 9/11) – ended up killing 150,000+ civilians, more dead than the entire number of civilians allegedly murdered by former CIA asset Saddam Hussein in all the years of his rule. Now, the USZOG forces have inherited a whirlwind, with three large Arab factions [Sunni, Shi'ite, and Kursish] endlessly battling for control, not to mention 140+ tribes with their own ethnic rivalries. Saddam kept the country under control with a strong yet secular Islamic government that had no gun control and no income taxes; the moronic US commanders think they're going to impose an un-Islamic Western democracy on these people with both income taxes and gun control. The result is there are more attacks and more troop fatalities after hostilities have officially ended than during the actual fighting conflict, and the US forces are firmly entrenched in the one war they cannot win: another Vietnam-style guerrilla war, and this is where young Muslims the world over will “make their bones” as martyrs for Islam like they did 25 years ago in Afghanistan.

Democracy was Hitler's revenge. The full consequences of letting manipulative arch-Zionist jews run the show has yet to be fully felt, but we get the inkling of it as good jobs go offshore and poverty-ridden and incurably diseased non-whites people flood ashore to take what remains⁷, all quite “democratically,” of course. The majority of these illegal and mass immigrants are failures in their home nations, and thus they vote with their feet and come here whether or not you “democratically” want it or not; they will out-vote you in the polls and vote more cash out of your pockets to pay for their own failures transplanted to your back yard. That's democracy for you: two wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner. Hitler would have stopped it, he could have stopped communism and staved off the greater portion of 100,000,000 deaths worldwide due to communist aggression, and he would have heralded in a new age where people were completely responsible for themselves and the might of every working nation was determined by how well it maintains the strength of its working classes. Alas, stupid heads and jew-tools prevailed and lead the sheep off to the slaughter of WW2.

In a similar vein, multi-culti will be the revenge of Matt Hale. The shockwaves of this revenge will not necessarily be borne out by adherents to Creativity (more on this later) but instead by the Brian Nichols's⁸ and Bart Ross's⁹ of the world, people and classes who increasingly see their lives destroyed before their very eyes and have nothing further to lose by striking back at ZOG. The increase of this kind of 3 rd-world gangsterism will directly parallel the flood of this once-great nation with all manner of backwards, destitute and disease-ridden 3 rd-worlders, and fuel will be added to the fire with every underreported non-White-on-White hate crime that occurs on a daily basis.

The gutless turds of ZOG will be overrun by colored crowds constantly clamoring for more concessions, more special treatment, more snivel rights, more handouts, more judgments against the majority Whites of this nation, ad infinitum. Enough is never enough, and no contemporary or historical example exists of a nation thriving and surviving with multiple races holding hands and living peaceably together in harmony. The historical fact is each group polarizes and splits off into factions, with each faction competing for the few remaining resources and vestiges of power as the entire national and cultural organism becomes so weak it collapses from internal pressure and external enemies. This is how both ancient Egypt and ancient Rome died¹⁰ and this is precisely America's ghost of Christmas future.

Another unintended consequence of this travesty of justice is the final revelation of ZOG's true intentions and agenda: No tolerance of any form of legal, non-violent change of the system from within the system. Such activities herald the message loud and clear: No “solutions” will be entertained where alternative political parties will be allowed to flourish or popular ground-roots mass movements will be permitted to gain speed and momentum for a final charge on Washington, DC. When the barbarians gather at the gates, the Beast will not sit idly by and twiddle its thumbs, sighing and muttering, “I'd like to stop it, but it would be illegal for me to act.” ZOG is a jealous god, it hates competition, and as we saw with Matt Hale there isn't a single brazenly corrupt or illegal action in the book which is beyond the purview of ZOG.

So be it. And now for another unintended consequence: The Church of Ohio recently reformed itself as The Church of Creativity¹¹, and officially split off from the Creativity Movement as of mid-March 2005. This move marks the rise of the Lone Wolf Creator, with “No Membership Lists... No Paperwork... No Bureaucracy... No Leaders... No Rules... Nothing between you and the Faith.” If ZOG liked playing patty-cake games with membership groups, we'll see just how much fun they have tracking and tracing people with no direct, easily-monitored connections to an ineffective, easily-targeted and easily-distracted central organization. With his voluminous, forthright and thought-provoking writings, Ben Klassen will directly inspire the future revolutionary much in the same manner as the writings or Jefferson, Paine and Franklin did in years past. A more pure form on the Faith of Creativity now awaits those who drop the list¹².

The unintended consequence of destroying Hitler and making war on a Germany which tried again and again to sue for peace was the murderous spread of communism over all of Eastern Europe, with millions left dead in the wake of the jew Soviet commissars. The unintended consequence of of ZOG denying Hale's law license¹³ was that Ben Smith went on a spur-of-the-moment shooting rampage after quitting the Church. What will the unintended consequences of sending Matt Hale away for the rest of his life be? Only time will tell.

For those White Nationalists who disagree with this approach, the message is equally clear: What will you do that hasn't already been done before? What's going to be done differently here? How will your plans be successful now, when in the past the same, exact battle plan has fizzled out time and time again without fail? In the course of history, how many corrupt, old governments were brought to their knees by big, fat organizations or large, bureaucratic entities bent on replacing the status quo? If such strategies and tactics are so successful, they certainly would have produced some kind of tangible result to speak of in the last 50-60 years or so, instead of the big nothing we have to look back on for all that wasted effort right now.

These ZOG maggots made a martyr out of Matt Hale, just as their simpleton churchill-type forebears did the same of Hitler. They paid for their stupidity by attacking the only force that would have stopped communism in its tracks, and the results were the bankruptcy and liquidation of the English Empire coupled with spread of jew communism over half of Europe, slaughtering millions in the process due to the negligent and treasonous leadership of the “allies.” The same stupid gameplan played itself out with the removal of Saddam Hussein, while ignoring a more potent threat of Al Quaeda and/or Osama bin Laden (himself another Oxford-educated former CIA asset). Now we see the destruction of a man who worked honorably and tirelessly for a voice for Whites in the face of a mud flood, against all odds, against all evil, and a 40 year sentence is his final reward for his efforts at remaining legal.

In this dying age, the forthright valor, courage and dedication of a Matt Hale is not rewarded, however. The modern-day White is the politically-correct “nigger” and any imaginable scorn or derision can be publicly heaped upon him without regard to the long-term consequences of such policy. Matt Hale tried to reverse this evil tide in productive and above-board manner, by working within the system as a lawyer to try to force the system to correct itself and behave in an honorable and just manner. He failed only in not realizing that the system is too far gone, too rotten, and too corrupt to be resurrected by any kind of legal, forthright action; it only deals in lies, murder and criminal activity and the only activities which will stop ZOG in the end will be the same.

Matt's departure will be lamented with the fallen German serviceman’s lament: ‘Ich hat einen Kamaraden.’ (I once had a comrade). And the gates of hell will be left open for the full enjoyment of the Amerikwan sheeple; they earned it, after all, and they cheered it along. Matt Hale is not a criminal, he is a martyr for the Faith of Creativity, and his ill-treatment will only serve to inspire future acts on behalf of White Nationalists in the future. The gloves are off now, the unintended consequences of consigning him to that graveyard of the soul for those not physically dead is: the final descent into the proverbial inferno of multi-cultural mayhem. Whether the gathering ranks of Lone Wolves will contribute to this is not clear and cannot be known; what is clear is no Lone Wolf / Creator will lift a finger to save ZOG, and many instead may even help push ZOG over the precipice.

The future weapons which will defeat ZOG will be the ideas, concepts and religion of Creativity, and the future belongs to those White Nationalists which drop off the radar and go lone wolf (much to the chagrin of the feds and the assorted pederast jew “hate” watchers). And in the end, the cries that will be echoed over the grave of ZOG and it's lackeys, supporters and apologists will be cries of “RaHoWa! Hail Matt Hale!” as the new dawn breaks over a once-again free nation.

Well, it's no surprise that Matt Hale received the maximum sentence of 40 years. The sentencing hearing was a farce in the first degree. Judge Moody knew going in that with the added label of domestic terrorist he could give Matt 40 years instead of 12. Judge Moody in his little speech as the proceedings began, even used the figure 40 years as being the max but then later on when Matt suggested that he had already made up his mind as to sentencing, Moody, unconvincingly uttered, "Oh, no, no, I haven't." Yeah, that's why during the little over two hours that Matt spoke, the judge watched the clock and appeared to be falling asleep.

The whole morning was theatrics at his finest. Every FBI agent in the Chicago area was in the courtroom. Rows and rows of them, several surrounding Matt as he spoke. You had seasoned, gray-haired agents, down to rookies looking to climb the kosher ladder, they were all there.

Our local media weren't as brutal as I expected. Some called Matt's speech impassioned; others said it was a tirade.

All I know is we were very proud of him, he told the world how the FBI lied and set him up. He turned and pointed at the stuttering prosecutor Weisman and called him a shameful liar. One of the news stations reported that Matt made some very good points during his speech and the judge listened intently. Of course the judge did not listen intently.

I would like to get Judge Moody in a poker game sometime; he has quite a story to tell. When Matt pointed out certain errors the judge had made, he developed this very visible twitching from his right cheek down to his chin. Matt told him how he instructed Weisman he was not to bring up Ben Smith in closing, Weisman defied the court and Judge Moody sat there and did nothing. Matt told Judge Moody he could not add on the terrorist enhancement because nowhere was that written in any government filings or was that brought out at trial that he was a terrorist. Again, Moody twitched up a storm.

Matt pointed to different FBI agents, named them by name and told the world what they did to convict him, such as threatening Jon Fox with taking away his kids, he pointed to the hispanic female agent who made the threat to Fox. He pointed to agents that took one of his members in handcuffs from Central Illinois to Chicago and threatened him and told him what to testify at trial. This young man has put that in an affidavit that he was threatened.

Matt pointed out how the "jew rat" all of a sudden two e-mails later became "female jew rat", and he suggested that Tony Evola screwed up and the FBI told him to use the word "female." Matt said jew rat has always been the jew attorney in the trademark case. Matt said besides, nobody ever refers to females as rats. Well, I don't know, the JDL has called me worse.

Matt pointed to the fact that there was no American flag in the courtroom. He quoted from the Star Spangled Banner. He talked about loving his country and being a patriot and how he was taught by his police sergeant father to respect the badge.

Matt talked about his life in jail the last two plus years and what a hell it's been. We just found out yesterday that because Matt's mother violated the SAM's by relaying a message from Matt to the press, they are cutoff from him for one year.

Prior to sentencing Matt filed a motion asking to remain in Chicago for six months to finish working on his appeal and then he asked that the remainder of his sentence be served in Pekin, Illinois, a 20 minute ride from his parents. Those motions were granted this morning so we are relieved that he will not be going to Florence, CO. So if and when this year suspension is challenged and defeated, at least his parents will have him close by and that made a huge difference for them.

Matt's mother cried through most of the two hour speech and his father was visibly nervous. I feel that it didn't matter if it was four years or 40 years, it was still on to the appeal process. I personally am not angry at the sentence, I expected it, I'm angry that he even had to be in a position to be sentenced, that flimsy, cheap-ass evidence that convicted him and he gets 40 years, all because of a terrorist enhancement.

I am furious with the Chicago press, they are 90% responsible for his conviction, they tried and convicted him and tainted the jury. I am angry at his attorney Durkin who should have fought a change of venue all the way to the Supreme Court. I hounded them endlessly to fight that change of venue but one denied motion and they moved on. I pleaded with Durkin to object, to something to get the Ben Smith angle out of the trial; it's the single most important factor in that conviction. I told Durkin to put an FBI agent on the witness stand and ask him if it were not true that Matt Hale was exonerated of any wrongdoing in 1999. Durkin didn't do it, Ben Smith dominated the trial and they got their conviction.

You can all imagine the media circus that went on. Calls from Greta Van Susterin again, etc., all looking to do that tabloid bit on it. The media literally chased us for over a mile. We had cameramen running backwards in order to get the cameras on us, some of them pushing microphones and cameras right up to your nose and mouth. They are shameless media whores. They almost knocked Matt's father down to get around him to put the camera on him. I had to finally push one cameraman away and he fell into another cameraman. They wouldn't take no for an answer, they followed us all the way to the parking garage. When we finally stopped and decided to give them a statement, they didn't show anywhere near what we said to them, so as usual scripted and censored. Free press? Not even close.

At least Matt got his day in court; he got to say all the things he's had a chance to think about for over two years. He looked his enemies right in the face and called them liars as they hung their heads, refusing to look at him.

I was not allowed to bring a tape recorder into the courtroom so I am sorry I cannot share his speech with you. I was not allowed to bring a Stenograph machine into the courtroom to record the proceedings so it is a travesty that Matt's speech is not memorialized.

Thank you all for continuing to support Matt and it's on to the appeal. If and when the "SAM" comes off, I will certainly let everybody know so you can go to Pekin to visit him.
